罗镜镇渡头至镜波环村道路新建工程线全长10.170Km。本项目有五条路线，分别为：（1）A线UL96石其湾桥南至渡头桥，路线长4.8km；（2）B线UL59石其湾桥头至坝心，路线长3.65km；（3）C线UR46旺湾桥头至水摆许屋，路线长0.5km；（4）D线UR52罗镜河至镜坡祠堂，路线长0.41km（5）E线C915石其湾桥头至黄湾桥，路线长0.47km；（6）F线U435双凤至河堤，路线长0.34km。 公路设计等级采用四级公路标准进行设计。设计内容为窄路基路面拓宽。3.5m宽的旧砼路面，拓宽1.0m为4.5m砼路面，前后各设10m长的渐变段。 路基标准横断面宽度为5.5m，路面宽度为4.5m（拓宽1.0m）。行车公路路面结构类型采用水泥混凝土路面。
